Just before my time had ended at the Tyler School of Art in Philadelphia, many architecture students were given the opportunity to work with Paula Scher and Keith Hartwig on a collaborative exhibit. Titled Philadelphia Explained, each student involved was given a large panel that represented an area of the city for them to explore and graphically notate to their choosing. Featured on designboom, the article can be read here: http://www.designboom.com/art/philadelphia-explained-paula-scher-06-12-2015/ The exhibit will be on display until July 17th 2015. It was a fun experience to get to learn a little portion of Philadelphia better than I had before, and what a better send-off to the City of Brotherly Love than seeing it graphically portrayed by my peers!
